Shipping Policy

All boards ship by freight carrier, on pallets, from Radford, Virginia. There is no customer pickup.

Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.

Freight is not included in the price of the boards. After you place an order we will send you a freight quote within 24 to 48 hours, and your order is held until you approve it. Freight is quoted on the size of the load and the distance to the delivery address.

There is no minimum order and no pallet quantity. Order the number of boards the job needs.

Inspect your shipment at delivery. Our Returns Policy sets out what to do if anything arrives damaged, including the time limit for reporting it.
