Thank you for shopping with Therm Emporium. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your ThermBoard® Insulation Boards.
Processing & Fulfillment All orders are processed and fulfilled within 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states via standard and express freight carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Shipping We ship worldwide to over 27 countries via USPS and DHL Express. International delivery times vary by destination. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom & Bulk Orders For large contractor or bulk orders, freight shipping is arranged directly. Contact us at info@thermemporium.com or 305.772.0068 for a custom shipping quote.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. For any shipping questions, contact us at info@thermemporium.com.
Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue promptly.
